Broccoli Salad
4 bunches of broccoli chopped into florets (about 8 cups)1 vidalia onion, diced fine
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1. Assemble all items into a large bowl
2. Mix dressing separately and blend with other ingredients just before serving.
TIP: It makes a lot, so be sure to halve it for four or less.

I have made a salad similar... it's SOOO good!

It's all about subbing crazins for rasins- this sound good!!
DH absolutely loves this salad...the recipe we have is varied slightly to yours, but I will try your variation.
